Recipes
To diversify the barren menu, the following recipes were invented:
spring rolls
Whisk 4 eggs in a cup with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt, dill, or other herbs. Cut a carrot into small cubes, mix with the mixture, pour a couple of tablespoons of water. Salads
- Nettle.For lovers of the extraordinary. Cut 250 grams of nettle leaves into strips, chop 10 spring onion feathers, cut a cucumber into rings, pour soy sauce over everything.

Cheesecake
You need to use real low-fat cottage cheese with no palm and coconut oils. Mix with an egg and a pinch of salt. Roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet greased with olive oil. Bake until done.
